Cynthia DiBartolo is the Founder, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Tigress Financial Partners and guides the overall strategy and direction of the firm.
Before founding Tigress, Ms. DiBartolo held senior management positions at Citigroup / Smith Barney including Director of Corporate Compliance, Director of Risk Management and Sales Manager of Smith Barney’s New York office for Private Client Services. Prior to Citigroup she was Legal Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Merrill Lynch Broadcort Capital.

Lily Li has over 30 years of experience in providing asset allocation, portfolio management, and estate and retirement planning for high net worth clients and is fluent in Mandarin.
Prior to joining Tigress, Ms. Li was a Director with UNFCU Investments services advising United Nations clients globally. She was a First Vice President with Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management focusing on international high net worth clients and a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase Investments.

He has been profiled in numerous financial publications including The Wall Street Journal, Barrons, Investor”s Business Daily, Bloomberg, Business Week, Forbes, Fortune, Institutional Investor and SmartMoney. Mr. Feinseth has over 20 years’ experience on Wall Street including holding positions in portfolio management, research, investment banking and institutional and retail brokerage.
